No no no no no.  You could not be more wrong, and you would not have a more nonsensical response if your cat walked on your keyboard.  It is the total opposite.

There is evidence, lots of it, repeatable in a lab.  Also, those same building block elements found in space.  Plus we have a nearly infinite list of chemicals combining without intervention on their own without intervention.
