How can non-religious people believe: - Something arose from nothing - Order emerged from chaos - Life arose from non-life - The personal arose from the non-personal - Reason emerged from non-reason - Morality arose from matter
I'm not religious, but seriously, have you even looked at nature? It's totally amazing and totally capable of doing all that you list. Maybe that in itself is a form of religion or spirituality
Abiogenesis has never been observed in nature.
And yet all the building blocks necessary have been: “Science has observed and replicated key individual steps, including the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, and self-replicating RNA in lab settings, confirming that the chemical foundations of life can arise from inorganic materials“ All that is missing is the billions of years necessary for it to happen. So just be patient. lol…
Weak sauce, bro. “Here’s all this sheet metal, fiberglass, wires, and fabric. Let’s just wait around until it assembles itself into a jumbo jet.”
No no no no no. You could not be more wrong, and you would not have a more nonsensical response if your cat walked on your keyboard. It is the total opposite. There is evidence, lots of it, repeatable in a lab. Also, those same building block elements found in space. Plus we have a nearly infinite list of chemicals combining without intervention on their own without intervention. What there is ZERO evidence for is your deity. THAT'S what's crazy about your position. You demand 100% perfect repeatable evidence for the scientific position and yet require 0% for your own. Hypocrite much?
+1
+2
