I do think they will open but if they don’t they will just extend the grading period. In Loudoun our quarter ended 1/22 and grades were supposed to be done 1/29- that was extended to 2/3 because of the closure. They can move it. [/quote]

The Tuesday deadline is meant to give the teacher time to grade last minute things and turn it around.  I’m sure individual teachers can give discretion to turn things in at the last minute if they want to be accommodating and little grading effort is required.[/quote]
