Parks and libraries function with tax money. If they aren't usable then why will there continue to be public support?

Study after study shows there actually is a limited number of homeless aggressive and mentally ill who make up the most amount of complaints and arrests. Since disability advocates and civil rights advocates lobby heavily that they should never be forced into treatment then the only option is law enforcement and the criminal justice system. In the criminal justice system they can finally be forced to be medicated. [/quote]
