Some people like them, others don’t, so why not give them grocery store gift cards in the amount of what a pie would cost so they can buy what they actually want? It’s not that hard. I am a parent and frequent volunteer, so I understand the limits. But I really don’t think the overly sweet grocery store pies are bringing widespread joy to our hardworking teachers.
