Yes, I would consider helping kid with down payment on a house - I mean, why not if you can afford it?

Mom of white immigrant tech kid here. He’s set to graduate with no debt (hopefully), but probably wont have a down payment. Also good looking. Hopefully he’ll be able to find someone like your DD :) [/quote]
