If your daughter only played rec, she is a beginner (do not assume her to be intermediate). If she is not out of breath after the first 10-15 minutes, she is doing good. The rest of the clinic is probably drills and games. It is hard to keep up with intermediate / advanced Metro clinics as a beginner. Most likely she will end up on the lower court with some opportunities to develop basic skills. But you likely paid too much to develop those skills at a Metro clinic. Tell her to enjoy the experience no matter what and observe the action on the top court if she has the chance. [/quote]
