Resisting arrest can be a felony. This is a very common charge usually for nothing. Also the FBI will do the same thing they did in Los Angeles. They will just lie and make up charges. The FBI does not wear body cameras. Two or three agents writing up false reports and you are in prison. These are the same people who assaulted and arrested a sitting US senator in front of the national press and refused to go after Jan6’ers.

Remember they will be in plain clothes. They can just sucker punch some random person walking down. If the victim does anything it is assault on a federal officer and resisting arrest. That is 20 years in prison. The FBI have no restriction or accountability.

Oh and ICE is not allowed to arrest US citizens but they are and no one is stopping them. The FBI will blindly obey orders just like the US military.[/quote]
