+1, I was coming here to point out that there were Prep kids (because that’s who the NCAP hater is really focused on bashing) who came back from Futures in time to swim at All Stars. And yes, the importance of summer swim varies by kid, regardless of what club they swim for. Some kids are really into it and are willing to balance club and summer swim during those 8 weeks, and some kids are more focused on club and either don’t swim summer league at all or skip the summer meets if there is a conflict.[/quote]
