Friedson’s new subsidy is a 20-year property tax abatement for people who bulldoze offices and build apartments. Only rentals. If you build condos you can’t get it. Friedson’s last tax break for developers got us apartments that rent for $10k a month. It has to be getting kind of hard to keep defending this, doesn’t it?[/quote]
