THe poster who keeps posting about their own trauma and issues and projecting it onto Scott and Kelley's situation and is just making up stories, intentions, motivations, and events should get some help. You are living in an altered reality - making up stories in your head and then posting about them. Clearly you are traumatized and have posted about ten times over the last two pages but this is a compeltely different situation. This isn't you or your situation and pretending it is isn't helping anyone. You need professional help.
Ummm, newsflash, there are many of us posting here against Scott and his obviously controlling and abusive tactics. That alone is extremely revealing. What, all 12 or so of us (maybe more)posting here need help because we recognize emotional psychological abuse when we see it? Because you say say so? Lol If you’ve been married to a man like Scott then you recognize the signs. If you know you know. It’s pure manipulation. He is textbook and dangerous. If she was truly ill, ask yourself, is this the way you treat the mother of your children? By trashing her in your divorce statement and then weaponizing your brother against her in her own home? By causing parental alienation? Absolutely not. You protect her and the kids while helping her. This is an obvious smear campaign orchestrated by him, his family and friends. It’s designed to protect Scott, martyr him and discredit her. It’s sad because I was a huge fan back in his Party of Five days. He was adorable but apparently he sucks ass as a person. Praying for Kelly as she fights this battle.
Please answer whether Scott is responsible for Kelley choking someone
Already did.
No, your argument is apparently that Scott is responsible for Kelley. Kelley is responsible for her actions including assaulting someone. Assaulting someone will affect the divorce proceedings and custody. And I am not Scott's "PR."
Again for those in the back. The *choked* party said in the actual police statement they were not injured, there was no pressure applied and they did not believe Kelley to be a threat. They didn’t call the police over the “choking incident”. Someone recounted the story to police when she called the police because the BIL was blocking her from her own home. I think it will be very hard to prove “assault”. Was she charged with assault? No she wasn’t. So it’s hearsay at this point. A footnote in a police report. Scott,on the other hand, was *actually charged* with speeding and reckless driving going 130 mph with his kids in the car!!! WTF. He could have easily led to their deaths and maybe other innocent people on the road. Far more dangerous and unhinged than anything Kelley did and he was actually charged. What’s your answer to that? Go ahead and answer. I’m done here.
Toodles!
