She is being set up. Every time she talked to police, she sounded sane and grounded. WTF was the BIL doing in HER house influencing her children?  That shoukd send the chills down the spine of women everywhere. It is predatory and creepy. She called the police to have the BIL removed from the home and he refused to go while feeding her children lies about her.  She tells the 911 operator what is happening and says tge BIL is blocking her from entering her home. Scott liked control her and now he’s trying to control the narrative to save his floundering career. Way back in March, she said she had just finished writing a book on her experiences and hinted at marital problems and betrayal. Wolf was trying to get out ahead of her and discredit her. [/quote]

I think Scott had his brother come stay bc he couldn't count on Kelley to be a responsible parent to the kids while he was working. And I heard when Kelley was on Instagram Live and the police came - she DEFINITELY did not at all sound "sane and grounded."  Scott doesn't have a "floundering career" - he's been working pretty steadily between movies, tv movies and tv shows. And not to knock down a SAHM, but Scott needs to work with three kids and a wife who is a "life coach" and always going on trips with friends, retreats, etc. Who's supposed to pay for that if not Scott?[/quote]

She sounded just fine talking too the officers. She wasn’t screaming or crying or flipping out but she did call them “gentleman” and tell them to be ashamed of detaining a abused woman She also let them know that she was live and recording on social media and calmly asked them to turn off the live feed which shows she was thinking very clearly and in control of her emotions. Scott doesn’t get to overrule Kelley and force/insert his brother into HER home and life while he is filming in another country without her permission.  It’s insane that anyone here thinks that’s ok. She tried to choke someone. She could have seriously hurt them.  This illustrates the exact problem with mental illness  Someone can sound fine one moment and do something dangerous the next.

I doubt that very seriously.  The court always errs on the side of the mother and for good reason. Scott films on location for months at a time while she is the primary caregiver at home. What’s he going to do?  Yank the kids out of school and home, upend their lives and take them to work with him.  Give custody to the trespassing BIL who was poisoning the kids against her.  I don’t believe she choked anyone.  Even the said person “choked” said they weren’t injured and it was more of a placing the hands around the neck but no squeezing. No injury, no bruising, no pressure. The person stated they did not feel in danger at any point.  Sounds more like a faked move out of frustration in a argument. Take her kids away? Get real. They will not be "taken away" but there is no way  she will be left alone with them because she had shown both delusion (tagging Obama and Brad Pitt) and danger ( choking someone).
