No way. First they need to purchase the property. Then they need to set aside funds in next years budget to plan for renovations. Then they have to fund the renovations and complete the build. I’d say 2028-29 school year with 2027-28 being an ambitious timeline. [/quote]
The purchase is to be finalized in August.  They can have kids in the building during whatever minor renovations are needed to turn it into a county school from a private school.  Every other school in the county is still in use during much more extensive renovations.[/quote]

Easier said than done. And who would go there? It’s taken them a year and a half to get to shoddy tentative maps. How on earth would they get there with this new school in a quicker timeframe?
