Let’s be clear; sexual harassment allegations, no matter who makes them or what gender is involved, should be taken seriously and handled through proper channels, not mocked or dismissed.

Dismissing someone’s claim as “desperate” or laughing at it doesn’t make the situation go away. It actually raises red flags. Whether the evidence is compelling or not is for investigators to determine, not for anyone to ridicule publicly. A fair and unbiased process is the only way to get to the truth, and minimizing the accusation only makes it harder for anyone (man or woman) to come forward.[/quote]

Slow your roll there. If you had read his email and the screenshots that he sent around to the entire club then you’d understand the point above. And if he’s going to put his case out to the public, then why shouldn’t the public comment? He doesn’t seem too concerned about proper investigations if he’s handling it this way. I can’t imagine his lawyer (if he has one) is happy about this. [/quote]
