That's the part you people keep getting wrong and being dishonest about.  You falsely assume the DEI candidate has no merit and was ONLY hired on the basis of race etc, when the reality of it is that given two candidates of EQUAL merit, you pick the societally marginalized or underrepresented one. WHERE are there "DEI quotas?"  Certainly not anywhere in federal government.  Likewise, unqualified people are not being hired in federal government merely based on identity.  So if you are aware of that happening it's certainly not because of Biden or Harris.

And again, most of your notions about DEI have been debunked.  For example here in a Forbes article.  Forbes is not left wing and is pro-business.

Conversely, almost everyone in federal government has been subjected to racist and sexist DEI training.  There are countless articles and videos as evidence.

As for quotas, several of my family (including my husband) work in the federal government.  I often overheard his meetings. They often discuss programs and policies that exclude whites, men, etc.  Thankfully someone from legal usually steps in to remind everyone that discrimination is illegal.  But the intention is clear: hire fewer whites and fewer men.

I also work in federal government and at most we've had maybe a grand total of a half hour total in any kind of DEI-related training in the last DECADE.  And unless your husband is working with some program that is specifically designated for some marginalized group like dealing with lead pipes in Flint Michigan or grant programs for tribes and so on, you are full of crap.  Your little add on about "someone from legal steps in to remind everyone that discrimination is illegal" is likely "I'll take Things that Never Happened for $400, Alex" because it would never even get to that point in the first place because some rando department at some agency doesn't even have the authority or ability to just spin up some brand new discriminatory program or policy out of the blue in the first place.  And if there is even some shred of truth to anything you've said, I feel sorry for your husband for being married to such a hateful person who doesn't want to help out people that have been treated badly and need the help.
