So here are people who look at the White Nationalist Christian fundementalist group and say "I want to be a part of that" Good riddance.
Your post gives a clue as to why this may be happening. When you demonize the opponent with false smears and hateful rhetoric and all the while embrace absolutely nutty positions on issues (abortion on demand with no restrictions, allowing biological males to compete against women, restricting speech, defunding the police, etc.), expect reasonable people to run away from you. Now, you might say that ALL Democrats don't embrace the positions listed - but how many Democrats have spoken out against them?
Your characterization of what democrats support is crazytown. It just doesn’t exist except on the fringes. The republicans are the ones banning books, the definition of restricting speech. The Democrats are the ones trying to increase police funding. There are no “Post-birth abortions” Your presidential candidate led an attempted insurrection (in which police were attacked and injured severely) and lies constantly. Who knows where he actually stands on abortion, we know he delivered on getting rid of RvW and we know he will say whatever it takes to get himself elected because literally the only thing or person he cares about is himself. I believe in two strong parties working towards compromise. The current republican party sees compromise as a dirty word because they think it gives their side a disadvantage in elections. See bipartisan border bill.
