And when Hogan is in the Senate, he will definitely not be a cheerleader for a revived red line in any mode. That would be admitting his administration made a mistake in cancelling it. I could see him supporting the N-S line in Congress however, especially if it goes through or near Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus. [/quote]
