Ukrainian was generally regarded as the most corrupt country in Europe before tanks rolled in. That's not Russian propaganda.

No, no, no. This is ethically sourced, domestically produced, luxury propaganda. Russian propaganda usually doesn't translate well here. Its either too subtle or too brutal. Trust me, I wouldn't be producing propaganda that complies with all OSHA and EPA regulations if I could just get the good stuff cheap from overseas. [/quote]

In the dim recesses of my mind that remembers parts of 2016, I seem to recall that there were hundreds to thousands working on the propaganda in Russia. Some of it was disseminated via Facebook (with Facebook’s happy cooperation!) and some via Fox, but it was all very, very finely crafted. Sometimes a purposely blunt instrument and sometimes a little time bomb that took some time to go off. [/quote]

So as an example of Republicans repeating Russian propaganda, you cite an obscure story in Britain that no Republican repeated or probably even heard of. Further, that story may be tangentially coming from Russia, but may be coming from a Youtuber instead?
