Unclear what you are talking about.  "[f]inalizing their GA charter."  What does that mean?  That GA is going to admit them?  That is all up to GA.  GA is by far the second rate program for girls.  People I would think try to get to one of the ECNL programs.  If not then maybe they try for this.  No they will nto play at higher brackets until they prove themselves -- 2-5 years?  They would not be a FCV rebrand -- they would be a new club.[/quote]
