BUT As a mom of 2 (15 and 10 yo) who values a comprehensive life that is more than just raising kids - I chuckle when I congratulate my younger colleagues on their 3rd pregnancy before they're 35 that puts them squarely in the 3 kids under 5 before 35 category.
