[/quote] The way it's phrased in your post, it's as if the idea is that it smacks of some kind of favoritism for a job to go to a union member over a non-union actor. It's not favoritism. It's called working under a labor contract. If the production must use union labor, of course union members get the jobs designated to be filled by...union members.[/quote]
