Don't these things always come down to sex, $, greed, selfishness and arrogance? I'd suspect "why" is some combo of those.

Wonder if Brendan had life insurance on Christine? Not sure how he could keep the house on one fed salary, and Juliana was an expense, she was not bringing IN a salary. Whole thing was a house of cards in so many ways. [/quote]
