I read somewhere that she considers some of Sam's dancer friends and her previous back up dancers as her friends. There are also apparently a couple past employees who have kept in touch with her. There is her mother and sister if she wants contact with them. She has her current security team and manager and household staff - some of them may be a support to her. I think her support circle is very small. Sam was likely a large part of it. It is hard to be friends with someone who is acutely ill. [/quote]
