Your child is NOT unique in regards metrics.  I acknowledge genotyping uniqueness.  At the top places there are more students with higher metrics than yours and not enough seats.  These are the facts.  Simple supply/demand economics.  Entitlements are slowly diminishing in this educational ecosystem.

In our grade inflation environment are you aware of the percentage of graduating classes with straight A averages?  Perfect SAT scores?  National prizes in math, physics, CS, chemistry, robotics?

30 to 40 percent of students at elite public schools are on the honor roll and 20 percent are carrying straight As. Given these numbers tell me why your child is more deserving than the others - many of whom are denied admission.  Perhaps the top colleges should simply have a single major and course,namely, CS because this is your sons interest?
