it's CS program is ranked #110 by USN&WR
Boston college is in the same boat.  
These more of liberal arts colleges are now trying to get into Engineering.
Whoever brought in these two schools are clueless idiots.

BU and Tufts are more of peer and competing schools for CS/Engineering
Some may prefer Tufts for more traditional feel and overall slight better prestige, but I would rank Northeastern #3 behind #1 MIT and #2 Harvard for CS/Engineering in the Boston area.
Someone may bring in Olin, but that school is too niche with less than 400 students.
