Sure, campaign for candidates with better policies, better health, better temperament, and better integrity during the primary. H[b]owever after the primary is over, there should be no qualms about voting for a Democratic candidate who had a stroke over a dishonest, fascist, fraud GOP candidate.

You're kidding right? Anyone with a mental impairment as serious as a stroke has decreased faculties. His literal job is think of legislation and policy affecting the entire country. Its not like he's running for foreman of a coal plant.
