[/quote] DP The fact is the majority of vegan interpretations of regular food will taste worse than the originals. We can all appreciate some olive oil roasted veggies and maybe some grains or legumes, but food cooked with animal products taste better for good reason. Unless it’s in the hands of someone like Yotam Ottolenghi, most vegan Thanksgiving variations will be disappointing. [/quote]
