LOL. He’s certainly overweight and you could also call him fat, but “morbidly obese”? That’s a massive exaggeration. I think you should mentally prepare yourself for a third Elrich term. [/quote]

I don’t see any scenario where he runs for another term (if he’s even allowed? Can’t remember if there are term limits for CE).  Things are gonna get messy this term, which he will have largely brought upon himself but he is smart enough to leave the real cleanup to [b]someone else[/b].[/quote]

If Elrich wins again, he won’t be beatable. Maybe he’ll retire because he’s not a young guy.

If the seat is open, Albornoz, Jawando, and Friedson will probably take a run at it. Albornoz will probably get the establishment’s backing. Friedson will definitely get the developers’ backing, but he’ll be at a disadvantage because he’s never run countywide, and if he decides to continue down the road of being Riemer’s protégé, then he has a fairly low ceiling.
