I know this is really hard for you, Jimmy. There have been many posts about this already. I’ll try to boil it down to a third grade level for you.

Capital has equal rotations to give all players the chance to show their talents in front of coaches.

Capital focuses on maximizing the number of recruits on its teams. That’s kinda why these kids are doing all this …

If you look at the Md clubs you’ll often see a cliff in the quality of schools where their commits are going (either in terms of lax rank or academic strength). It’s because those players who never see the field don’t have a chance to show themselves to coaches during their freshman and sophomore recruiting years.

More playing time for all means more players get more looks by the good schools, and more opportunities to get recruited by those good schools. 1+1=2

Top girls shine. Other players get more minutes to show their stuff.

I wish there was a way I could do this in crayon.

Why do you care so much about Capital? Stay in Md where half the team plays 80 percent and the other half plays 20 percent. You guys think you’re better, right? Enjoy yourselves and do your thing.

If you were truly confident in your own programs you shouldn’t give Capital the time of day, right?
