Unwanted pregnancies are actually down. We still should have safe abortion. I guess if a woman has placental abruption in these states with a mid to late pregnancy the woman just has to bleed to death. Every effort is made to save the preterm baby but with the early intervention both baby and mother will die. [/quote]
