I have never seen a sign like that in DC? I mean, I don’t usually wear sunglasses indoors, but I wouldn’t even think about leaving on my hat on a basically freezing day. It was 33 degrees. A hat is not suspicious unless you are actually just racist & looking for an excuse.[/quote]

I'm pretty sure the hat thing is so people can't disguise themselves with it, if they are planning to rob the bank. Not sure why you are convinced the very standard 'remove hats and sunglasses' signs are racist-it's not brain surgery to figure out the reasoning.[/quote]
