some people got hurt during the clearning of Ottawa protests, and the scary part is that they are apparently going after the private citizens who donated small amount to the protest cause and freezing their personal bank accounts.  I hope it's all rumors and not true, because if this is what emergency powers can do, it's truly scary.[/quote]

DP.  It is absolutely true.  Funny how none of those measures were suggested to clear BLM protests and riots, as well as the CHAZ/CHOP debacle.
