One time my daughter's daycare called me ELEVEN times in a row before trying her father who picked up on the first try (during COVID so we're literally in the same house). And before anyone's like WHY didn't you drop everything and pick up, I was on a call because my job is just as important as his. And when we signed up I lectured everyone at the school about how I did not expect to be the default parent that was called, he should be. Ridiculous. When we had nannies, they literally would not address any issue with my husband. It ALL went through me. [/quote]
