The only ones holding it up are Democrats...since it can pass both Houses of Congress without Republican involvement. I mean you may not like the term 'disarray' but its the truth. As for the GOP, I've noticed how silent as a mouse they've been. They are not trying to get in the way of the Democrats destroying their own initiatives and I salute them, it must be nice to just sit back and sip alcohol compared to the hell they were in in 2020 with Covid relief and Trump's foot-in-the-mouth disease.
