What planet are you living on. The FARM student rate is significantly less at Innovation this year, and gentrification is taking care of the rest. No amount of affordable housing is going to take place of all of the garden apartments razed for multimillion dollar super story apartment and condo buildings.[/quote]

There was a lot of discussion that the FARM rate for Key would be high and even higher after Queen St project.  How do you know the FARM rate for next year, as we haven't had any classes yet and the date used for prediction won't show how many students have been leaving for private etc (and there are a LOT in LV leaving for private)[/quote]
