I don't see anyone feeling superior here. The post article says the wife yelled at Bedney  which could be  impulsive or just how she is, I don't know her. Bedney stopped and cursed her and then the husband defended her. it went south when the husband defended her. Was that impulsive too or just stupid?

Bedney driving by was unexpected but when he stopped and cursed, it was time to shut your mouth. Not escalate. [/quote]

Agreed, BUT. Let's remember that this family was in their own neighborhood, in front of their own house. It's not like this happened out on the road somewhere on neutral turf. They were with friends and other family members. If you can't feel safe in front of your own home, where are you safe?[/quote]
