There are three distinct groups who are concerned with AAP: the people who will not accept "average" for their slightly above average kids and live in higher income areas, the people who live in lower income areas and don't want their kids taught to the "average" in the gen ed class at their base schools, and the people whose kids are 2E and want to make sure they get all the services they're entitled to.[/quote]
