2006 BRYC ECNL team (last place) essentially tied VDA 06 (1st place)-they lost 2-1 but easily could have been a draw or win for BRYC. So they can absolutely remain competitive in ECNL.
VDA 06 is in 10th place, not first. Does that change your view?
You're looking at VDA 07s (10th place), not the 06s (1st place).
Was looking at boys. Didn't realize you were discussing girls. Who cares about girls? Nnone of them can play as well as a boys rec team.
Boys LOL Come on. Boys grow to men, which as we see, cannot even carry water bottles to the World Cup, let along sniff getting to finals... or multiple titles. USA mens soccer is like Lithuania mens basketball, much love, but LOLOL
Sure - relative to other men. But the women only win because women don't play soccer in other countries. We are the only country where girls play soccer. And yet our women's national team can't even beat a good U15 boys team. I believe they lost 5-0 a year or two ago to a youth team from the Dallas area.
Have you even been to another country? What an idiotic comment.
I am from Europe and have travelled all over the world and lived, with my daughters, in a number of countries. This is the only country in the world where soccer is a major sport for girls. Go to anywhere in Europe and try to find a team for your daughter to play on. You'll be in for a looooong drive if you can even find a girls' team at all. Or she'll have to play with the boys.
That’s factual. Not only are we (US) the size of Europe, soccer is a big time girls sport. The fact that any country can even compete with us shows how bad we are at developing and scouting talent. We dominate on sheer numbers. If US staff had to do more with less....it wouldn’t dominate anything.
This is why girls who can't make the USNT go overseas to play with another national team. Philippines, Norway, Mexico, etc. If your daughter really wants to play - find a link - call a lawyer for a loophole etc etc
