[/quote] Given the crashed web + phone lines, Bowser should.probably set aside vaccine for residents only until we catch up with the other 50 states (in the name of equitable distribution). Would be relatively quick to vaccinate 500,000 folks and then she could start giving vaccine away again - maybe as a tourism incentive.[/quote]
