But why is it the schools' responsibilty versus the town the state or the federal government?[/quote] Schools are where the kids are so feed them there. [/quote] No.. the students have to go to the school to get their meals.. they are not in school. It still requires for families (an adult has to get the food- a child cannot go alone) to physically go get the food - which the county could do with added food banks. [/quote]
