I agree. The school rezoning will likely be known by the time phase 2 happens anyways. Lots are a bit tight for the price, but that’s the only issue in my book...along with the hideous circle! [/quote]

Alright, I'll bite.  What's wrong with the circle?  I've been around countless in my life driving in DC so I don't see the issue with it.

Any idea when Phase 2 will begin?  Not sure I would buy in early phase 1.  Maybe end of phase 1 will be better.[/quote]
