It’s a question of ethics and integrity.  If she taught chemistry, it would still be unethical to continually lie to your students and colleagues.  Teaching the history of the black diaspora and claiming an ethnicity and heritage that is not yours is unconscionable.

Unfortunately, the trolls on this thread are going to insist that everyone has lied at some point and therefore unqualified. That's why I have the qualification that she cannot lie about personal experience she could not have experienced. She used her "ethnicity" to add additional weight to her arguments. No, that's not right but it happens when discussing social issues.[/quote]
