I have a very close relative who is a parent at Elon and was with her in the midst of this and could not believe how hard she came down on the side of the moderators and not the black mother and daughter. I was already very turned off of Elon because of her very mediocre children at Elon, but this was the final straw for me. My rising senior, who does have ADHD, will not even be applying. I have seen very mediocre to poor outcomes from virtually every student I know who went through that school. Do they kids love it there, sure? The rich white ones do and then they leave with very ho hum opportunities awaiting them.[/quote]
