agree- but recognize this is the Governor's rule, not the pool's rule.   Our pool is open- it's basically empty, very few people are signing up to swim (it's set at 13+ for lap swimming).[/quote]

I meant for our pool.  Regardless, the governor's rule allows 10 or less on deck.  For pools with 6 lanes, that's 6 swimmers max.  It seems dumb that almost every session of swimming, there are empty lanes when you have members who would love those spots.  Why not release the spots to anyone the last 90-120 minutes before the hour is to begin?  This way, it is more likely that they will be filled rather than empty.  (And don't count those last minute sign ups against the members' max allowed.)  [/quote]
