It is a man who was skulking around, not our for a jog, in a place he was not supposed to be, and two (or three depending on the extent of the involvement of the videotape guy) men who either misunderstood the law or wanted to use it to initiate a confrontation, which got totally out of control. I do not believe Arbery was shot immediately on sight. He was shot upon charging Travis McMichael. That DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. But this simply wasn’t a lynching, just as Matthew Shepard’s murder wasn’t a hate crime. [/quote]

He wasn't shot upon charging Travis McMichael. Gregory and Travis parked their pick-up truck in an angled direction to block the road. The father stood up in the pick-up with a loaded gun.

The son stood outside the truck with a second loaded gun and refused to let Ahmaud pass.

Ahmaud TRIED to get around them. Tried to leave the area. Tried to descalate. It was Travis got into a fight with him and wouldn't let him go.

Even after he was shot, Ahmaud was trying to get away.

They actually stalked ... herded, hunter and murdered.

He was running away from the white supremacists that were following him, he turned and ran away... followed by the 3 murderer.

The father and son white supremacist blocked of the street .. he had a white chafing him with a car and 2 white supremacists blocking the road.
