What I am talking about is tryouts to actually get on the team as there are limits on the number of kids who are allowed in, especially in public pools, not necessarily private community pools.[/quote] Exactly. Time trials only set best times for the first meet. All kids at these pools are welcome to join the team and this is an NVSL rule.[/quote]
