Nothing at all unfair or unjust about this. Some people don't want to live packed like sardines. Why should you get to tell me how I should live? And this option is open to all those that can afford it, including plenty of people of color who live this way now and enjoy their single family homes and the space that comes with them.

-Whether a property is in Hawaii

Yes, I don't expect the government to change the Zoning laws so that more people can afford to live on the beach in Hawaii. Especially if there are already existing home there.[/quote]
