Pipeline; like Loudoun, are strong youth clubs. Everything changes at U14.
You fool, do you not get it. Pipeline's top players play DA if they want te DA experience. The rest play for Pipeline, which competes with the best clubs in the country. Again, don't take my word for it. Ask you DDs coach or technical director. Just to re-establish the discussion -- If you play for Pipeline it makes zero sense to join an area ECNL II team when your team could easily compete with Bethesda or Md United and you are playing other elite teams around the country. ECNL II are playing B teams.
Wow. You are special
No, I just can look past the ECNL II scam. You probably believe that just because your DD wears a ECNK/DA badge that they are special.
I dont need my daughter to be special. I need her to perform against good competetion in front of college coaches. If that route was rec soccer, she would be playing rec soccer.
Please stop! The argument is that ECNL II does not offer what you seek for your DD. Unless the ECNL I teams if offering to allow your DD to join them at major showcases while she is on the ECNL II team, I see no advantage to leaving a top team like Pipeline. Last year, FC Bordeaux was a strong, national caliber team at u18/u19. The team played in the top showcases against the best competition. Most of the team is playing DI soccer. I don't believe that you will find that quality of team in the new ECNL II in the DMV. We argue about dilution on these threads and dilution is precisely why the B teams in ECNL are weak.
Mid Atlantic ECNL is weak! Look at their All Conference teams. If you took the DA Mid Atlantic best players and play them against ECNL’s there would be no more talk of DA vs ECNL
