[/quote] You're implying NIMBYism, but here's the thing: the TPES and Woodlin zones do have significant numbers of lower-income residents already; in fact they're in the sweet spot of 20-30% FARMS we read about so often on DCUM. It's the schools with <10% FARMS we should talk about.[/quote]
