RM is over crowded right now and moratorium rule is there to make sure that poor situation doesn't get worse. [/quote]

Go check how long it takes them to open any new high school once they start discussing about it. No Crown is not relevant at all because it doesn't exist and we are not redrawing boundaries right now. Do you know why moratorium exist ? It simply to make sure that kids are not put lowest in priority. [b]Having 120 students for 100 seats is already a horrible situation and you want to make it even worse? [/b][/quote]
