So let’s think about this for a second.  Imagine a forest with no humans.  You have 100 families that want to move there and build a town.  Once this town is built, schools and facilities will need to be built to support the new population.  In what world do you build up infrastructure before people arrive.  This “logic” that you prebuild sounds good until you actually use your brain and think about it.  It’s nothing more than typical NIMBY behavior to keep new residents out of the area.[/quote]
